Starlink does not publish a method for attaching a referral to an order that already exists. Its referral terms require the eligible purchase or activation to use the unique link.

Why it is not retroactive
The link records the referral in Starlink’s order or activation flow. A code sent after checkout cannot recreate that step, and Starlink’s billing guidance says it cannot issue a referral credit when the link was not used.
