Starlink free trial: what the 30-day policy covers

Starlink’s published terms describe a return-and-refund period, not a trial with no payment. You place and pay for an order, then may return an eligible kit within the stated window if you meet the conditions.

How the return period works
The current English Terms of Service allow an undamaged, untampered and unmodified kit and accessories bought on starlink.com to be returned within 30 days of the Payment Due Date. Local consumer rights and terms can differ, so use the document shown for your country.
Retail purchases follow the seller’s policy
If you bought through an authorized retailer or reseller, contact that seller about its return process. Do not assume Starlink’s direct-order return terms or referral rules apply in the same way.
Referral credit and returns are separate
A referral reward requires an eligible account to remain active and paid for one full month. A returned or cancelled order may therefore lose the referral benefit even when the hardware return itself qualifies.
